As a producer, my job is to overcome the series of challenges that come with every project, make sure that the client demands are fully met, and that the journey is enjoyable for everyone!
The size of projects that I carried out varied from $0 (yes .. that is zero dollars!!) and up to around $500,000. The whole range of budget rainbow!It is true that with the difference in budget size, the number of layers of details differ, and so does the size of the crew and tools used, but never the quality nor the passion! What applies for a decent-buget production, applies for a small-budget one; the dedication and attention to small details, the preparation, pre-production work, equipment, crew, cast, location, post, presentation and delivery!
Finally, and as a producer, I was blessed to have worked with a great selection of filmmakers, who share the same passion and dedication, and have the same since of responsibility as mine. Most of those filmmakers may not have won academy awards (yet!), but each one of them definitely deserves one!
